Hidden Aviation
Hidden Aviation is the short-form vertical series within First Flights with Kate Broug, created in collaboration with museums, archives, cultural institutions, and aviation organizations—including the Intrepid Museum, Grand Central Terminal, the Pan Am Museum Foundation, and the New Museum.
Each 30–70 second reel explores a single concept, aircraft, historic event, pioneering figure, technological breakthrough, or unexpected story from the world of flight. Drawing on the collections, expertise, archival materials, and perspectives of its collaborators, Hidden Aviation brings overlooked stories out of museums and archives and introduces them to a wider digital audience.
Through concise narration, compelling visuals, and carefully researched storytelling, the series makes aviation history, science, technology, and culture engaging and accessible.
